When did you first discover that you enjoy writing and wanted to become a published author?
I am a researcher and always interested in writing and have published several articles in medical journals. The passion to publish was driven by the urge to validate and solidify my expertise in the world of wellness.
What is your favorite and the most challenging aspect of writing?
The favorite part of the writing is the free flow of ideas. The most challenging is the level research that’s involved in the process.
How did you come up with the title of your book?
My latest release is titled: “Fully Alive: Experiencing the Five Pillars of Wholeness.” The title of the the book was based on my journey from almost burn-out to rediscover my passion life and becoming fully alive again.
What do you hope readers are able to get from reading your story?
Any reader that is going through the motions, struggling with life balance, and overwhelming stress will discover all the tools that will enable them to embark on their journey to becoming fully alive and achieving the closest semblance to a life balance.
Who are some of your favorite authors?
I read a lot of suspense and thriller novels. Dan Brown and Robert Ludlum are my favorite.
Do you have any advice for writers looking to get published?
Anyone looking to publish needs to be disciplined and follow through. You have to set a timeline and stick with it. It’s okay to take a week or two off when you hit a mental fog or writers block, but when you return, you have to push through.
